Autoneum (Huadu and Taicang)

• This system can be used to collect and transmit foams cement bags, plastic bags, cotton fibre and other soft bulk trims in designated size and forms. It can also be used to collect, separate and transmit the cotto fibre and light powder material. The operation is as follows:
  • There can be many waste collection bins placed next to the machines from which waste trims are generated.
  • The wastes are dumped into the collection bins manually by machine operator or through a conveyor.
  • When fan is turned on, the vacuum will be generated in the sealed pipe system. Due to the effect of vacuum in the pie system, the waste will be inhaled into the pipeline, and deliveryed to the separator through the regulating valve.
  • The separator, with rotating paddles, collects the wastes and dumps them into the hopper under the separator.
  • The feeder, in the hopper, can feed the wastes the wastes to the shredder or bale press for processing the wastes to bale or other forms.
  • The air, extracted by the fan, will be filtered by the bag filter to meet the local atmospheric emission standard requirements.
• The system is installed to reduce manual labour used for collecting and transporting the waste around in the production facility.
